The main purpose of this web site is to provide a safe and secure place where people can select and buy from our range of accessories and services designed for the ProNav range of professional navigation systems. Naturally enough, this means we need to obtain some information on you, our customers.
The Privacy Information page on this site provides full details of the information we need to collect and what we do with it in order to process your orders and stay in contact with you should you wish.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to make purchases on our site. We do not retain cardholder information on this site or in any of our other computer systems. Additionally, unlike many High Street stores we do not keep paper records of cardholder information and whenever cardholder information is sent from us to our card processing company it is sent in secure encrypted form.
If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below.
Return / Refund Policy
For unwanted goods Navex offers a 14-day return policy but this EXCLUDES any subscription based products, security sealed software upgrades packs, or any digital download mapping or software upgrade products. To return a product the customer should:

• Write to us at the address below.
After you contact us a returns number will be issued by us which must be clearly identified on an enclosed letter or on the external packaging when the Goods are returned, no markings should be made on the product or product packaging. The enclosed documentation should include proof of purchase (invoice), the returned product must be complete, and in ‘as new’ condition with original packaging. We will not accept the return under the 14-day return policy of any Goods that have had a manufacturers or suppliers warranty or registration activated or any software updated.
All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the returns number being issued and any Goods received after that period will be dealt with on an individual basis. The customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items are suitably packaged, and that the goods are protected from damage when being returned. The customer must provide to us proof of dispatch to the correct address. The customer is responsible for any and all postage and packing costs relating to returning the Goods to us. In the event of Goods being returned without a previously allocated returns number the processing of any claim by the customer may be delayed.
Where unwanted Goods are requested to be returned more than 14 days from the date of purchase please contact us with details of your request, we reserve the right not to accept the return of unwanted, non-defective goods after the 14 day period at our absolute discretion but will deal with your enquiry reasonably.
The responsibility for ensuring that the Goods are sufficient and suitable for the Customer’s requirements rests with the Customer who should read the product descriptions and terms of sale before placing an order. The customer should enquire if he has any doubts as to the suitability of the Goods.
Unwanted Goods under Distance Selling Regulations – The Distance Selling Regulations give the Customer the right to change their mind and to cancel an order within seven working days. Reasonable care should be taken whilst the goods remain in their possession, with security seals remaining intact and goods must be adequately packaged when being returned back to us. Where your purchase is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations, the seven day cooling off period is inclusive within our 14 day returns policy.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Delivery charges and delivery options associated with each item are displayed on the product information pages for the item and a total delivery price for your order is displayed on the checkout page.
It is our intention to try and dispatch all orders within two working days following the date of the order and no later than five working days following the date of the order.
If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched within this time frame , we will contact you and explain the delivery situation for your item and give you the choice of waiting until we can deliver the item or canceling the order with an immediate full refund.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT if applicable. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly, we will reply within 5 working days. It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
